I partnered with Carey & Giampa Realtors to deliver a full-service signage program spanning three municipalities, managing the work end-to-end from early planning through final installation. The scope required careful coordination across stakeholders, locations, and timelines, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and a polished finished result that matched the Carey & Giampa brand.
My work included project management and site surveys, where I documented existing conditions, captured measurements and placement constraints, and translated real-world site requirements into buildable design solutions. I led the design and permitting process for both cities—preparing permit-ready drawings and documentation, coordinating revisions as needed, and keeping approvals moving so production and install schedules stayed on track.
The deliverables included seven highly custom, dimensional signs, each engineered for a premium, architectural presence. I oversaw fabrication and installation, coordinating production details, materials, and finish specifications to ensure consistency across the full set while still tailoring each sign to its specific site. The result was a cohesive, high-impact signage system that looks established, reads cleanly at a glance, and supports Carey & Giampa’s visibility across multiple markets.
